2 minggu terakhir beberapa kali makan di luar sama temen, kondangan pula, tapi anehnya beratku turun... padahal sebelumnya pas seminggu full makan dijaga gak turun2 malah stuck... mungkin emang harus dipancing dulu makan banyak biar turun wkwk oh iya minggu ini mau coba zig zag diet semoga lebih efektif...
