So, it's September and instead of going down I have gone up. So I'm going to stop feeling sorry for myself and kick some butt starting today. The plan is to have a total detox today, by having vegetable juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and from tomorrow start a healthy eating plan combined with IF.🤞
188.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
