JUST need to exercise more . I am in a rut , of getting up , breakfast , then sit on the sofa , excessing the internet , only moving for food . No need to tell me it is work . Because I already know that . The time just whizzes by , my hubby starts the boss routine , me I did what I always do . REACH FOR MY COMFORT OF FOOD . I WILL GET THERE , LITTLE STEPS NOT TOO HIGH FOR THE BAR TO BE .
