Getting into the “swing” of things - yesterday 3 Nathan’s hot dogs with no bun - 4 bud select beers - 4 Coke Zero cans - Texas Roadhouse roadkill - double salad - pork rinds and salsa - 16 oz bag - rotisserie chicken and broccoli -
Today so far - Hardee’s 2 biscuits sausage and egg - didn’t eat bread - 1/2 rotissereie chicken - broccoli - bacon - last 3 items cooked together ( baked) - 4 bud select / 4 Coke Zero - water daily - 2 slices pepper jack cheese and 2 provolone cheese - pork rinds and salsa -
Was feeling stuffed up last couple days and being freed up now -
This week will be more normal -
Will be eating and try to work into tuna fish , shrimp , sirloin burgers , rotisserie chicken , broccoli , green beans, tomato , salsa , pickles and onions to name a few -
I know protein will eat fat so using that method - goal this week to cut down on beer , breads and diet soda - I always have issues cutting these out totally but will still try-
