I don’t know if it is normal for your weight to increase so much in only one day☹️☹️
164.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fluctuations can happen for a number of reasons... water retention, hormones, reactions to medicine, salt, poor sleep, alcohol etc...Once fat cells lose fat, you may notice a dramatic loss one day, but an even more dramatic gain the next day, that's because the fat cell then gains water before it is completely broken down, which is when you should notice a more realistic loss. When I get concerned I weigh myself daily to analyse what could cause such peaks and valleys instead of letting my emotions derail me 😘
