It has now been 2 years since I started this journey (August of 2006). So I’ve posted my before and after picture as my new image. Start weight was 210 lbs. and 30% body fat (that’s about 63 lbs. of fat overall). Now I’m 197 lbs. and 17% body fat (that’s about 33.5 lbs. of fat over all). So, I’ve lost 29.5 lbs. of fat and gained about 17 lbs. of muscle in 2 years. Unfortunately, I’m now at a point where the gains are coming very slowly. I’ve only lost 2% body fat in the last 6 months, and that’s with working out (lifting and cardio) 3 to 5 times per week.
