Slooowwly dropping weight is just fine right now--I'm working to ingrain portion control & food choices into my thinking before hitting the weight-loss hard. During a few stressful/challenging times, I've heard my old thinking suggest eating something outragious as compensation, but my new thinking is more rational & wins out. Yay for the new thinking! Looking back, I see several days where I ate regularly but stayed well under my calorie limit, as well as a small number of times I went over. I'm at peace with that. I like variety and flexibility when it comes to foods, and "cheating" is an occasional & thoughtfully considered part of the process...See you next week.=-)
