can't explain the gain
421.9 lb Lost so far: 73.1 lb.    Still to go: 281.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

S. Balls Original Chutney, Deer Game Meat. Snacks/Other: Niknaks Spicy Tomato, Oranges . more...
