You would think that when I never seem to have less than ten hours of fat burn and often more than twelve with over an hour and half at peak everyday, that the weight would go down. Beginning to think I’ll never get below 160.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
