Am absolutely knackered! Did my 5k ParkRun at 9am but because they moved the start point for a slightly different route, I ended up doing 7.4k with my trusty dog, Max. I CANNOT run 5k, I do have to still walk 2/3 of it... but I get round it (#SmugGrin) Noticed my appetite for junk is decreasing, that's astonishing to me because I would scoff an entire pack of choc chip biscuits & then some. Almost into my next 10lb bracket (180's). Good Luck to all with the weigh in next week xxx
