Following reasonably well - haven't gone way over except on days I needed it due to walking/hiking for 3 hours or so. Recording even when very tired and after working long hours.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
