I started this yesterday, I went online to find out how many calories I should be consuming to loose 2 lbs per week; its scary to realize how much you actually eat when you log everything. In order to loose 2 lbs a week, I need calorie intake - calorie output = -857 daily. That means when I work out, I get to have a little extra. There are only 2 days that I am planning on not working out.
