Great week but it was my first week on the plan and I was super motivated. Even got my butt out the door to exercise!!! I just hope I can keep the focus -- Keep my eye on the prize at all times! I have a huge support group of friends and family. And this site is a great tool to keep me on track each day!
135.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
