I visited the doctors office SaturdayJune 2019 due to a hurt thumb I was there almost a year. ago on July 2018 as always the first thing they do before seeing you is have you weigh. When the nurse said 202 I was elated as we were in the room and she was going over my chart she said with amazement you have lost weight I asked her what was my weight at that time she said 296 lbs I am so proud to say that I have lost 94 lbs. I started a life style change on August 28, 2018. and my intent was to live a healthier life and lose at least 100 lbs by my weight anniversary it looks like I will exceed that I am truly grateful to God for answered prayer. I asked Him provided the work and God has been my help. Still reaching for my goal!.💕💕

202.0 lb Lost so far: 97.5 lb. Still to go: 42.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
