Before this week, I felt like I was plateauing because of eating too few calories...just seemed my metabolism had slowed. So I decided to convince my body otherwise with a week of eating pretty much whatever. Too much dessert, but otherwise a good idea I think. My appetite is back and I feel like I progressed this week despite putting down quite a few calories.
