Wondering if my morning coffee is why no weight loss or if I am at a plateau due to 10% loss or overeating last weekend.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1946 kcal Fat: 90.41g | Prot: 86.04g | Carb: 172.93g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Cream. Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cucumber (with Peel) , Butter , Italian Salad Dressing , Amy's Butternut Squash Soup, Dempster's Texas Toast, Chicken Salad, Cheddar Cheese , Tomatoes. Dinner: Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Butter, Cooked Vegetables (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Breast, Quinoa Salad. Snacks/Other: Strongbow Cider, Lay's Dill Pickle Chips (40g), Tea (Brewed) , Heavy Cream. more...
