Thank you its day 2 being very strict only 1466 calories allowed each day is tough.

I agree, I try to stay around 1500. I don't know what your WOE is but one thing that I find helpful when my stomach feels like a bottomless pit, is to make cabbage soup. That way I can eat as much as I want without going over my RDI. There are several recipes on this site. Good luck with your journey!
