it's not down much but I've been over my calorie goal for the last 3 days so it's definitely a good thing! Ive been eating more because I've been working out every day so maybe I just need to stick with it. it's going to be hard since I'm feeling a little sore and it's the weekend but off we go!
162.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
