It is actually harder to lose weight than I thought. I keep gaining instead of losing. I’m not even sure what diet plan I must follow. I better pick up my socks quick because the more I gain the harder it will be for me to lose🤦‍♀️😕
158.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Intermittent fasting seems to be working for me. But I also watch my portions during the feeding window
