Although I set my goal weight at 133 and I am within 1 lb. of it; after reading Dr. Atkins' book again (particularly, the BMI chart), I have decided to lower my goal weight to 125 to take me into the proper range! I am moving into OWL now and oh, by the way, did I tell you "I love you Dr. Atkins"!!
