I tried to eat less today but I seem to be gaining more 🙁
158.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It’s not always about eating less. Try small quantities throughout the day. Like a boiled egg or some almonds.
