Today I walked 2.9mi in 50 minutes!
155.2 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Wow, that is a fast waling pace. I am short, so my walking pace is around 3.5 -4mph. You were prbably going around 4.5mph. That is fast for me.
