discouraged. I have been very hungry. had the vegan thanksgiving yesterday, I drank quite a bit. maybe salt/water? still, too high for just a blip.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
