No weight gain or loss just sort of stuck. New job is tough as it is at night and I don't get home until midnight and sort of messes me up a bit. Will get it under control in no time and will be fine and then it is back to exercising. I have to really work on getting in my exercising.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
