I know my activity has dramatically increased and my eating has diminished. But, it's only been a week. Expecting a change quickly is dumb. I can squeeze into the size 12s and my size 14s feel roomy. So, there's definitely progress.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
