climbed yesterday, much improved from my climbs this past weekend. also did some stretching and push ups. I do feel generally better being active. ate too much pizza. pizza is a food I need a plan for. :/
182.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
