Today is Saturday, on Monday this previous week I weighed in at 141.something - back up to where I started after the Easter weekend, even though I should have technically been under from exercise. So the point of this week is that calories/day over the past 7 days are what it takes to maintain with exercise at 2-3 days/week. Goal this week: reduce daily calories 200-400/day and increase exercise 1-2days.
