Right On! Welcome to FatSecret, it looks like you are starting about where I did. Drink lots of water. Don’t be afraid to moderately salt your food keto pushes higher amounts of sodium from your body. I’ve never been in full ketosis myself but if you have been eating a diet high in simple carbs you will be surprised to see how fast weight will come off in the first few weeks.

Do you know how many calories you need to eat to maintain your weight? Mine is 1900. Reduce that to 1500 per day and weight will drop even faster.
