MattFest is never good for one's physical health. It does wonders for a person mental health but wreaks havok on the physical. Still, I was conscious of my food intake and activity level and tried to maintain a good balance. The alcohol has a way of offsetting the balance, but overall it was a good weekend.
268.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
