Woohoo. It seems that my metabolic furnace is beginning to heat up a little. Things were slowing down quite a bit, but you know; I wasn't really worried about it this time. I'm getting a lot better at staying away from the scales and I've been finding a lot of little ways of increasing my activity. I've been parking at the back of the parking lot, volunteering for assignments at work that I would ordinarily avoid because of their strenuousness, etc... I have settled into this routine quite nicely and I'm enjoying the fruits of my labor.
324.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Keep up the good work! Your graph looks wonderful. I like how you're finding more and more ways to move more. Not sure if it's your cup of tea, but when I started wearing a pedometer every day I felt challenged to get my daily steps higher. I can recommend a good one if you're interested!
