I am slowly losing weight, but more importantly I am toning and tightening up! More weights and circuit training than normal has definitely been a huge factor. I am also being pretty good with calories (although I'm not recording them), but I think it is serving me better that I am not eating junk food or dessert, and just focusing on balanced meals, and relatively healthy snacks instead of obsessing over numbers.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
