Seeing the nutrionist again today. Weight is coming off, very slowly. I cannot believe the effort that I have to put in to this. I have to constantly plan and think about what I am eating and doing.
Hopefully I will continue to go down. A little faster would really be nice.

A slow and steady weight loss is much better then a non healthy quick fix. Spent alot of time trying to find that one.
My thinking now is:
It took me 17 years to put all this weight on, I can devote 1 year to taking it off. See SEE that's a lot less effort then it took to put it on.. Less then 6% of the time I spent living it up.
Just keep up the work and know you can do it!
