Otherwise happy about not doing fasting this time around. The meal times will remain in maintenance mode.
Funny, the word for Door is Plateau in Thai language. When meeting a Plateau in weight loss, the key that often work is change. Therefore I may hit a Plateu where fasting is needed again. Time will tell, I guess.

Thanks Rosio19. A Chinese Sausage got me. The packaging say 80% Lean,15% Fat,5% Seasoning. Sounded good, and I bought roughly 150lbs online. Often thought it looked more fatty than 15%.
Decided to try without this sausage, and go more fresh. Boom, 12 pounds gone in 11 days. Now know to keep away from factory foods.
