Time to get back on it.....
Oct 16th 2017 224 lbs, cut down processed food
Apr 27th 2018 217 lbs, started keto
weight today 169.8 lbs
loss so far 54.2 lbs.

above was where I was 6 months ago
Currently 170 lbs,havent been tracking food for a while but want to get back to feeling healthy again.Started bus driving again last October, which doesnt make it easy to eat healthy, mcdonalds etc.So going to try to fast while working and only eat at home.want to lose that last 15 or so pounds and lose the belly.

So 23/03/2019 170lbs........target 154lbs
170.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
