Was going to avoid this until Wed (weigh day) but time to be honest with myself. Oops, five lb up, worse than hoped, but better than feared, but super motivated to lose the stone and a bit, to get to target 🎯 good luck guys with ongoing weight journeys
175.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
