What do you mean it might be salt? To much salt makes you constipated 😄

Too much salt makes water retention in your body so your body is heavier because of the added water from the salt. I usually drink a lot of water to flush the salt yhe my body is back to normal.

I mean especially eating in restaurants or meals you didn’t cook. They have a lot of sodium in them. It attracks a lot of water and they tend to stay until you flush them

Thank you for the explanation Bianca. I didn't know that but it does make sense now that I think of it.
I had a big workout day on Sunday, losing a lot of water and I may have been dehydrated going out for supper.
I'll try flushing it out with water.
