Steadily making progress. I have just once again realised how difficult it is to lose weight and look after yourself. O respect every person who even attempts to improve themselves. Still eating foods I enjoy but keeping a watchful eye over portions. very excited about the results so far.
129.4 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
