Relaxed just a bit over the weekend, did a bazaar on Saturday and had Jack in the Box for breakfast, but didn't got over board. Still, they are high in calories and sodium, especially. Ate peanuts for a snack. One of the gals gave us a cheese ball that was one of a few that didn't sell, so I tried some on Breton wheat crackers. Had 3, then went back for 3 more and stopped. Not bad.

Ate a couple of Rally's french fries when I fixed my daughter dinner, before going out for Thai with my boyfriend. Did good there too, I think. Didn't have any wine with dinner and just drank ice water. Had the Gai Cashew,, which is cashew,chicken and veggie stir fry. Did very well with that, the food is so filling, I couldn't eat the whole plate. But came away, again, not feeling over stuffed.

Walked to and from the restaurant, instead of driving. Wasn't far only about 5 blocks, but still. Spent the next few hours in energetic mode with the BF, so burned off a few calories there!! Hehehe!!
241.8 lb Lost so far: 55.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
