Binged a lot before bed two nights ago so I didn't weigh myself in the morning because I was afraid all that food was still digesting. Did okay with staying within my RDI (I figure less than a hundred over or under can't hurt that much) yesterday. I had two samples of Gardein's chili lime chik'n from the store and a crumb of Daiya jack that I didn't track.
216.6 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
