Slow and steady wins the race. It's not melting away like it was, but I'm satisfied that I'm making progress, and I don't feel deprived. I hit a little bit of a plateau which in the past has been my downfall, but I just ignored it and kept on, and it's beginning to come off again. I feel that it's a little reward for showing some perseverance.
