And the keto journey continues. I'm at a point where I'm considering changing up my macros a bit. It's not like I'm at a plateau, but want to shake things up a bit. Also need to dive deeper into the electrolytes because dayum!! Those cramps and constipation are a pain!
249.6 lb Lost so far: 48.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always have to do magnesium. Especially if I go from no ketosis or low ketosis to higher one. You are doing so great

Thanks Liv. I’ve been trying Natural Calm in the morning in my water and a magnesium bisglyconate before bed. I think it’s helping. At least I’m getting a better sleep out of the deal.
