Dropped 3 lbs. Was attempting to maintain at 160 lbs. It seems like I eat all day long! I guess I'll add 100 calories a day this next week and see if that makes a difference.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
