nyoba nambah BB sudah g ocd tp tetep hitung kalori.. olah raga juga udah di kurangi..
tapi kalo terbiasa ocd dan berhenti rasanya di perut n badan g enak bgt.
1bulan ini nyoba ocd 6jam dan tanpa hitung kalori.. bisa naik apa g y kira2??. ☺🙂
