woah 😮 one bad day really makes a difference 🙄

If you’re RA is flaring, you have more inflammation. Inflammation leads to water retention (that swelling requires water). When the inflammation subsided, so should the water retention. Keep eating foods that help with inflammation and you should see it go when the flare dies down. Don’t be discouraged. 💕
