What happened!? Dis not cheat, was in ketosis this whole week. Could it be because I started my exercise regime after a week of being sick??Disheartening.
150.4 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It was ovulation, can you believe it? Back to notmal again. Apparently it is best to weigh in after ovulation and after shark week. Will get best readings then.

My weight did exactly the same yesterday 1kg up suddenly - also follow ketogenic diet and test myself every evening. Today it looks much better than yesterday - I will never understand these ups and downs! Happens constantly!
