Oops no weight loss, am I 😲 no, I have had two nights out, including wine on one, a roast lamb dinner and a burns night haggis, so to be expected. I have been good the rest of the time and still calorie counted everything, it poss shows what my maintain level is and it's nowhere near as high as people say even with 4 x 30 min stints on exercise bike. OK back on it want to lose a fair bit before holiday in five week! Hope you all having a good week
183.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
