i did not weigh in on the wii next weigh in will be thursday it is not good for me not to have a goal the goal for thursday will to maintain to .50 a half pound calories at rest are 1423 so counting 1450 is good
129.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
