i dont know what happend. i cut back on my candy and soda. i also started eating more healthy foods and i gained to much wait. what do i need to do to get it back down where i need it? i know it is bad but i have thought about starving myself, hoping that would get me to lose the weight, but im not going to I know that is not good to do.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
