After a full week of documenting everything I eat, my meal sizes have changed to much smaller portions & I register fullness more easily. The best part is that I enjoy using the app so much that it became a game to see how many calories I could shave off by making better choices! Lots of fun, some favorite foods, and the occasional dessert, too!! Loving this journey so far. =-)
