<p>Four days in and three lbs gone. Have to admit Im pretty happy about that. Getting back into the diet has been tough. For whatever reason its been a cookie and cupcake fest at the office this week. Everyone keeps bringing in home made goodies but so far I have been able to walk away. :-)</p> <p>Ive been really making an effort to stick with the diet, drink plenty of water and get excercise and for the most part Im doing okay. I do have one daily little cheat and thats my morning coffee with French Vanilla creamer. I just cant help myslef. But I do look at it like this; my little cheat isnt a bad one and it keeps me from totally going off the diet</p><p>Okay - time to take the puppy for his little saturday beach walk - then its off to puppy school.</P>



130.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.6 lb a week

You know it's not the little bit of creamer in your morning coffee that puts on weight. It's all that other junk that creeps in throughout the day. I say enjoy the morning coffee just the way you like and start the day off on a happy note. Don't even call it a cheat because that makes it seem like a negative thing. Life should be about balance and being happy and in control. Not deprivation.
